Significant Performance. Significant Savings.

Harrah's Entertainment and their plan provider Citistreet deployed an early version of SmartPlan in 2008 and, with minimal promotion of the system, generated plan enrollment rates comparable to live, on-site meetings – for a fraction of the cost. Analytics revealed that most employees accessed the SmartPlan site from home.

 

Since its nationwide launch in the fall of 2008, SmartPlan has generated thousands of participant sessions, yielding useful data: in addition to impressive participation rates, SmartPlan has been shown to drive average plan contribution (deferral) rates among new enrollees of 9.3%. That is a significant increase over the average contribution rate among all plan participants of 6.9%, and it results in millions of dollars in additional assets under management for plan providers.
