We Help You Get the Most Out of SmartPlan

We can have SmartPlan Enterprise up and running within weeks — or longer with custom video and/or application programming. But integrating SmartPlan with your technical operations is just the start of the solution.

Our Client Services team helps you integrate SmartPlan into your sales and marketing operations quickly, and get the most out of our powerful solution, by offering a package of services for implementation, training, and ongoing technical and marketing support. An account manager acts as the liaison between our clients and our team at vWise, facilitating all aspects of the relationship.

Implementation (4-6 weeks)

  • Kickoff conference call, to discuss implementation steps and timing.
  • vWise builds admin portal and client's custom version of SmartPlan.
  • vWise conducts extensive system testing using client provided testing assets. 
  • Data connection is tested to make sure the data is flowing from database admin to ours and we provide support, if required. 
  • Participant experience is tested and we provide support and troubleshooting.
  • Creation of client-specific, print ready marketing materials. 
  • Final launch turns over access to the admin portal after training has taken place.  Portal includes test plans, which can now also be used for promotion and sales demonstration if client desires.
